All orders are dispatched directly from our facility in NSW, Australia. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders.
To ensure the best delivery experience, we use Sendle for most metropolitan and regional areas.
For PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and remote/rural areas, we utilize Australia Post.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days apply based on your location. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas generally take between 7 to 16 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We currently handle international orders on a case-by-case basis. If you would like an item shipped outside of Australia, please contact us at info@aulite.com.au. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a customized shipping quote.
